Free 30-day returns & exchanges. Return within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition with the original box and all accessories. Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right — the fit, the style, or something we got wrong on our end — we will work with you to resolve it.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, shoes must be:

  • Unworn — no signs of wear on the sole, upper, or insole
  • In their original box and packaging
  • In the same condition as received, with any tags or protective materials intact

Shoes that have been worn outdoors, show signs of use, or are returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at help@soledept.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the address to ship to. Do not send anything back before receiving confirmation from us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged through our fault. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3 to 5 business days to reflect the credit. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to exchange where stock is available. Contact us before returning so we can check availability and hold the replacement while your return is in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a pair that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a prepaid return and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processes. Express options may be available at checkout. These are estimates — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once an order is in transit, as customs and carrier timelines can vary.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can use it to follow your parcel through every stage of its journey. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at help@soledept.com.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. Packaging

Shoes are dispatched in their original boxes where available, with outer protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take presentation seriously — the unboxing experience matters to us.

Out Of Stock Policy

At Sole Dept, every piece in our collection is sourced through a quiet network of suppliers and partners. Because our inventory is curated rather than mass-produced, availability can shift between the moment an order is placed and the moment it is prepared for dispatch. This policy explains how we handle these rare occasions, and the care we take to ensure you are never left in the dark.

When an Item Becomes Unavailable

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is no longer available, our team will contact you directly within 24 hours of identifying the issue. You will be offered three options:

  • A comparable alternative, hand-selected from our collection
  • Store credit, valid against any future purchase
  • A full refund to your original payment method

We will always lead with care, not convenience. If an alternative is offered, it will be chosen with the same intention as your original selection.

Response Window

To ensure orders are resolved promptly, we ask that you respond to our message within 3 to 5 business days.

If we do not hear from you within this window, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full to your original payment method. No further action is required on your part. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Orders

If your order contains multiple items and only one is affected, the remaining items will ship as normal. The unavailable item will be handled separately under the process outlined above, so the rest of your order is never delayed.
